I have mixed feelings. Cars should be giving him more room. By laws or no, it doesn't matter if you're in the right if your inured or dead. I think he has a bit of a vigilante complex.
I'm glad I don't live in Wisconsin, those roads have small to no shoulders with high speed traffic. Of course I'm sure they just showed the most egregious cases, but still.
Makes me thankful for the roads with shoulder in my area. I have plenty of routes that I feel safe on.
I didn't know Fox News ever had valuable news! Very interesting and enlightening story. Thanks for sharing.
Scary cops dont think we are allowed/should be out there.

I got hit by a bus Friday before we left to go to Princeton. No lie, I literally got sideswiped by a short bus and nearly ran right off the road. It was scarry. Let's just say, if the bus wasn't full of small school children (all staring at me because they realize I almost died), I would have had 2 select fingers for the driver.
